- Severe hepatic impairment.

Side Effects

- Ringing in ears, loss of hearing, shortness of breath, muscle pains, diarrhea – these are less common and fairly concerning side effects. - Irregular heartbeat, pain in the chest that spreads to your neck, vision loss, priapism (a long-lasting erection), swelling in limbs, seizures, having a feeling that you may lose consciousness. Immediately seek for medical attention, if you have listed symptoms.
Dosage of Viagra Super Force
Since overdosing of dapoxetine is virtually impossible, you need to adjust your dosages based on the amount of sildenafil. It is generally recommended to use 40-60mg of sildenafil for a good effect. Note that you need to evaluate the strength of the effect after at least 30 minutes after the intake. Do not increase the dosage without a reason and do not take more than 1 pill per day!
The minimal dose is 25mg. This dosage is used when adjusted for other medications or when the erectile dysfunction is inconsistent and failures in bed happen from time to time, but not systematically. If you don’t need a strong effect, 25mg pills will suffice. However, for healthy men 100mg of sildenafil + 60mg of dapoxeting is the best possible mix.
Note that there are scenarios when taking 100mg of sildenafil may be too dangerous.
Switching to smaller doses is highly recommended in following situations:
- When Viagra is used together with alpha-blockers or ritonavir, the dosage should be reduced to 25mg per day before sexual activity.
- When combined with ketoconazole, itraconazole, and/or erythromicyn, reduce the dosage to 25 mg.
- Renal impairment and hepatic impairment are also concerning condtions. However, taking 25mg of sildenafil per day should be safe.
